We are totally spoilt. Well, I can say I am. Before I move to Australia 11 years ago, I have never heard or used a dishwasher. But since moving here, I do rely on it. Its easy & save time. Since Easter, Our dishwasher of 3 years, broke down. It took us awhile to get a new one as Hubby was really persistent in trying to see whether he can fix it. Well, it was not cheap when we got it. $1300 for an Electrolux. We bought our washing machine at the same time too. They were both delivered together & mind you, the washing machine takes more heavy beating than the dishwasher. The washing machine is still going strong. Anyway, we did save water while washing dishes ourselves. BUT we finally got a new one. We bought it online www.appliancesonline.com.au We put our order in on Monday & it was delivered 2 days later. They were very organise & rung me twice, once before 9am & the other time, telling me that they are 40 minutes away. Highly recommendable to anyone. Its FREE delivery too. At the present moment, we are back into relying on the dishwasher to clean our dishes. Its a BOSCH & its cheaper then the Electrolux.
